Dr. Jovina Ang is an award-winning corporate executive with over 25 years of experience in tech (ex-Microsoft, ex-Dell, ex-Cisco), turned board member, global speaker, university professor, and author of 5 books.She launched the innovative 5-minute Friday campaign at Microsoft to elevate employee engagement, developed a robust customer relationship management system at Dell for effective sales and marketing management, and as a consultant, she spearheaded the Strategic Transformation Office at SAP.People across the world have benefitted from her insights on leadership, career sponsorship and social capital, board governance, and the transformative power of communication.Jovina is an affiliate faculty at EHL, Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Technology and Design.She holds a PhD from Singapore Management University, an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.She serves on the board of the Evergreen Primary School, and is an audit committee member at RSVP Organisation of Senior Volunteers.
