Dr. Jovina Ang is an award-winning corporate executive with over 25 years of experience in tech, turned organizational scientist, educator, board member, keynote speaker and author.Previously, she co-led the Strategic Transformational Office at SAP, launched the innovative 5-minute Friday campaign at Microsoft to connect, engage and inspire employees, and developed a robust customer relationship management system at Dell for delivering top line and bottom line.People across the world have benefited from her insights on leadership, career sponsorship and social capital, board governance, and the transformative power of communication through her speaking, teaching and coaching engagements.Jovina is a faculty at EHL, Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Technology and Design.She holds a PhD from Singapore Management University, an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a Master of Commerce (Marketing major) from the University of New South Wales.She serves on the boards of BoardAgender and the Evergreen Primary School, and as an audit committee member at RSVP.
